Yes. Harmony Freight uses Gemini Vision AI to read scanned documents directly — no OCR configuration required. Scanned PDFs take slightly longer (5-15 seconds vs 2-5 for digital), but the extraction quality is the same.
Most digital PDFs from standard ERP or accounting systems extract at 90-98% accuracy across all fields. Scanned documents depend on scan quality. Every extraction includes a confidence score, and you can review and correct any field before exporting.
The CSV export uses a consistent 34-column format. Most TMS platforms accept CSV imports — map the columns once and save the mapping. The Excel export has separate sheets for Document Info and Line Items, useful for manual review or sharing with customs teams.
Documents are processed server-side and the extracted data is stored in your account only. No human reviews your documents. We never share your data with third parties. Extraction data is deleted 90 days after your account closes.
