By accessing or using the Harmony Freight document parsing platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Harmony Freight provides an AI-powered extraction platform designed to convert shipping documents (including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Airway Bills) into structured, editable CSV or Excel format. The Service is offered as-is and may change or receive updates at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Verification Warning

⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER FOR LOGISTICS OPERATIONS:

Our Service utilizes deep-learning models (Gemini AI API) to parse document text. While highly accurate, AI model outputs can occasionally contain discrepancies or errors.

  • You are strictly responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before submitting filings to customs authorities, freight carriers, or logistics networks.
  • You agree not to upload any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized documents.
  • You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and consents for any data or files uploaded to the platform.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Subscriptions to our Starter and Growth plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. All payment transactions, invoices, and billing processes are securely managed via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Billing Portal link on your Dashboard. Refunds are not issued for partial months of service or unused document quotas.

5. Intellectual Property

Harmony Freight retains all ownership rights, code, patents, and copyright interests associated with the software, visual themes, brand assets, and platform design. You retain ownership of the original files you upload and the extracted data logs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HARMONY FREIGHT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ACCURATE, OR SECURITY-BREACH PROOF.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Freight shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, cargo delay penalties, custom fines, data errors, or business disruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
