We collect and process the following types of information:

  • Account Credentials: Email addresses and profiles provided when you authenticate using Google OAuth (securely stored in Supabase).
  • Uploaded Files: PDF files of Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, etc., that you submit for extraction.
  • Billing Information: Payment profiles and invoices processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How Your Documents Are Handled

Your privacy and security are our highest priority:

  • Files you upload are processed in-memory to extract text and data structures using the Gemini AI API.
  • Once extraction is complete, the structured JSON data is stored in your private account history so you can review and export it at any time.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your document contents or extraction outputs with third-party advertising networks.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We share data with trusted infrastructure services necessary to operate our Service:

  • Supabase: For account authentication, session database, and security management.
  • Gemini AI API (Google Cloud): To execute document text analysis and field extraction.
  • Lemon Squeezy: To manage billing transactions, plans, and subscriptions.
  • Vercel: To host and run the Harmony Freight application.

4. Security Measures

We enforce strict industry-standard security protocols to protect your files and data:

  • All database connections are encrypted in transit.
  • Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies are active, ensuring that only you can read, query, or delete your own document extractions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You may delete any document extraction record from your account history at any time. Deleting a record completely erases all parsed fields from our database.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under regulations like GDPR or CCPA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You can trigger these requests by contacting support.
